Health & Safety - whilst every effort is made to ensure the health and safety of participants by The Holistic Horses Hub, it is to be understood that each individual is responsible for their own health and safety and for the safety of others.

Safety Contract - to be signed on arrival before the beginning of any session or workshop

Confidentiality - all information received about an individual will be strictly confidential in accordance with data protection. This includes confidentiality of others by participants specifically during and after EFE sessions.

Behavioural Contract - to be signed on arrival before the beginning of any session or workshop.

Imagery & social media - the use of mobile phones for the taking of photographs, videoing or voice recording is not permitted on the premises at any time in the interests of data protection and safeguarding.

All children under the age of 16 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult and remain visible to them at all times. This person will not be classed, or treated as, part of any session.

Mobility - The Holistic Horses Hub premises may not be suitable for individuals with mobility difficulties.

Refusal - The Holistic Horses Hub reserves the right to choose who they work with, without the need to offer an explanation. This includes the right to refuse to work with anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Advance Payment - all sessions, workshops, intensives etc are payable in advance via the online booking system  .

Cancellation - a strict 48 hour cancellation policy is adhered to without exception.

Licence - fully licensed by Somerset Council

Insurance - fully insured personally & professionally with Towergate Insurance, The British Grooms Association and The British Horse Society.

Results - there are no guarantees with regard to the achievement of desired results by individuals during or after sessions with The Holistic Horses Hub.
